Marissa Di Miero
Marissa’s calling started at a very young age. From training her own dogs in the backyard, to eventually working at a pet shop, she knew what she wanted to do. And that… was working with animals!
Marissa has obtained her bachelor’s degree in Small Animal Science: Animal Behavior, Training and Enrichment from Delaware Valley University, located in Doylestown, PA. While in school, she played Field Hockey for the Aggies and simultaneously discovering a knack for business. Marissa has also earned her MBA from Del Val, specializing in Entrepreneurship, and decided to marry the two. This revelation leading her to The Posh Pooch, where she can provide her expertise in animal behavior and wellbeing.
Marissa has volunteered with multiple animal rescues and organizations throughout the years. Her favorite volunteer work has been with a dog training facility that she connected with in her college years. She was able to apply her knowledge of animal behavior and training and teach classes including Puppy, Novice, Canine Good Citizen (CGC), and Agility training.
Marissa enjoys spending time with her large family, her husband, and young children. In her down time, she loves to travel the world, (her favorite destination being Italy), running, reading, and enjoying the sun!
Jessie
Hello, my name is Jessie. I’ve been working in the pet care industry since April 2023 and began my grooming career at The Posh Pooch in December 2024. I have a sweet spot for senior dogs and love giving them the extra time and care they need while being groomed. I’m passionate about animals and treat each pup with the same love and attention I would give my own. Safety is my number one priority.
I look forward to meeting you and your furry friend and providing them with a safe, comfortable, and high-quality grooming experience they deserve.

Hi! I’m Hope, and caring for animals isn’t just what I do; it’s who I am. My journey began in the equestrian world, where I trained off-the-track Standardbred horses and competed in Western Dressage. I later had the privilege of working with children and adults through Equine Therapy, an experience that shaped my deep understanding of patience, trust, and animal behavior.
When my horse retired, I found myself ready for a new chapter; and that’s when grooming found me. What started as a leap of faith quickly turned into a true passion. Seven years later, I’m still just as in love with it (maybe even more).
Today, I’m continuing to grow my craft by preparing for grooming competitions alongside my poodle, Goose. I’m dedicated to ongoing education so I can provide the highest level of care and creativity for every dog I meet.
I specialize in all things doodle and poodle—from traditional breed trims to soft, Asian fusion-inspired teddy bear styles. I also offer creative grooming and color services; if you can dream it, I can dye it!
Above all, my goal is to create a calm, safe, and positive grooming experience so your dog not only looks amazing, but feels comfortable every step of the way.

Hi, my name is Taylor! I have always had a passion for working with and caring for animals, even while I was still discovering the career path I wanted to pursue. I spent a year working at The Posh Pooch as a receptionist and daycare assistant before transitioning into my role as bather, where I found a true love for pet grooming and care. My Goal is to become a full-time dog groomer and continue helping pets look and feel their very best while creating a positive, comfortable experience for every dog I work with.

Sashi
Hi, I’m Sashi and I am a hardcore animal lover! I have had animals in my family almost my whole life and was always the girl on my high school track team that wandered off to pet all the cute doggies. If you couldn’t find me during a track meet…just look for the dogs! I volunteered at an animal hospital during school and even continued my education in college to one day become a veterinarian. I quickly learned this path was not for me! I had always worked in the food industry, since I was a freshman, and eventually took a big leap to try something new: working in a grooming salon! I had no prior experience and was thankful to be trained on the job and go through a grooming academy. I left the corporate environment and found a private salon, but unfortunately you really need to find a shop owner who not only understands how the animal world works, but also genuinely listens to and appreciates the groomers in their care. Good groomers are worth their weight in gold! I am thankful to have found this at The Posh Pooch.
I’m in love with what I do! The pets in my care will always be safe and honored, but nothing beats seeing them get excited to come see me and the relationships I build with the owners. I have now been grooming dogs for about 7 years, and cats for 3 years. I’m always looking for ways to continue my education and get my next certification. I am working towards becoming a Certified Master Groomer, as well as a Certified Feline Master Groomer. I’ve also started to dabble in dog shows and their ways of grooming, as well as learning how to compete in grooming competitions. My mentor has been heaven sent; I couldn’t be more blessed! I specialize in fluffy, hand-scissored teddy bear looks and pet safe color designs. I’m always ready to try something new, whatever the owner’s heart desires…unless they leave it up to me…then we do whatever MY heart desires! But I will always do the perfect length to have your pup or kitty looking like a work of art. In my spare time I play video games with my husband and 5 y/o son, and we eat the best food. I’m obsessed with dark romance books and am a sucker for a good rock concert. Currently, I’m working on tricks and agility with my own pups! I’m a gym gal so that I can keep up with my career and my family. Recently, I started converting a bus to open up my own mobile grooming business! I’m super excited and have been learning everything I can as a future business owner. I provide house call services upon referral from my most beloved clients who have walked with me through this journey.
